بررسی ریخت‌سنجی آرایه‌های فرو‌گونه‌ای دو گونۀ تنگرس Rhamnus cathartica L. و Rhamnus pallasii Fisch. & C. A. Mey. از تیرۀ Rhamnaceae در شمال ایران

چکیده
در پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه‌های ریخت‌شناسی آرایه‌های فروگونه‌ای دو گونۀ Rhamnus cathartica و
Rhamnus pallasii، در شمال و شمال‌شرق ایران انجام شدند. به‌منظور درک درست روابط بین‌گونه‌ای و تعیین ارزش تاکسونومیکی صفت‌ها با ثبت اطلاعات ریخت‌شناسی، 58 صفت شامل 26 صفت کمّی و 32 صفت کیفی اندازه‌گیری شدند؛ سپس با استفاده از روش تاکسونومی عددی از تحلیل‌های مؤلفه‌های اصلی و خوشه‌بندی بهره‌گیری شد و روابط بین آرایه‌های فروگونه‌ای مشخص شدند. مهم‌ترین صفت‌های کیفی برای جدایی گونه‌ها و آرایه‌های فروگونه‌ای در مطالعۀ حاضر، شکل برگ و رنگ میوه است. براساس نتایج، تنوع درون‌گونه‌ای
Rh. pallasii به سه زیرگونه تأیید شد. و در گونۀ Rh. cathartica، صفت‌های مشاهده‌شده در تفکیک دو واریته مؤثر نبودند. تنها جمعیت Rh.× spathulifolia از تپه‌های ماسه‌ای سواحل شمالی ایران جمع‌آوری شد و با‌توجه‌به تفاوت آن با دو گونۀ دیگر ازنظر صفت‌های مشاهده‌شده در ریخت‌شناسی مانند رنگ شاخۀ جوان، شکل پهنک برگ، بدون کرک بودن سطح بالایی و زیری برگ، رنگ میوۀ نارس، Rh. × spathulifolia نمی‌توان آن را هیبرید در نظر گرفت، بلکه باید آن را گونه‌ای کامل و مستقل تعریف کرد.

چکیده [English]

The current morphometric research was conducted collecting Rhamnus cathartica and Rhamnus pallasii from the natural habitats in North and West of Iran. In order to clarify the relationships in studied species and understand taxonomicall values, 58 morphological characters were employed
(26 quantititative and 32 qualitative characters) using numerical taxonomy, Principal Component Analysis (CPA), and cluster analysis. In this study, leaf shape, color fruit have been found to significantly contribute to the determination of the studied species (Rhamnus pallasii & Rhamnus cathartica). The results confirmed more diversity in Rh. pallasii and three sub-species. But, in Rh. Cathartica, diversity features in the two varieties were not effective. Rh. × spathulifolia were collected from sandy hill of North of Iran which was determined by morphometric features e.g., leaflet, abaxial, adaxial leaflet trichrome, and fruit color. Overall, Rh. × spathulifolia can not be considered.
