ریز ریخت‌شناسی و اولین گزارش از حضور Nonea stenosolen Boiss. & Balansa (Boraginaceae) در ایران

چکیده

گونه Nonea stenosolen Boiss. & Balansa از تیره گاوزبان، برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش می‌شود. این نمونه در حین بررسی‌های صحرایی در منطقه کردستان در سال 1387 جمع‌آوری شد. تصاویر و جزییات گونه جدید همراه با یادداشت‌هایی در مورد گونه و توزیع آن در ایران آمده است. بررسی‌های ریز ریخت‌شناسی بر روی دانه گرده و سطح مریکارپ نیز انجام شده است. دانه‌های گرده ناجور قطب و تری پانتوکلپوریت بوده و دارای سطحی نسبتاً صاف هستند. سطح مریکارپ، واجد زگیل‌های سفید و بستر چین خورده‌ای است که شاخص‌ترین صفت تشخیصی در این گونه محسوب می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

For the first time, Nonea stenosolen Boiss. & Balansa (Boraginaceae) is recorded from Iran. The specimen was collected during a field investigation in Kurdistan in 2008. Illustrated descriptions of the species together with a short note on the species as well as its distribution in Iran are provided. Micro-morphological studies on pollen grains and also fruit surface were performed. Pollen grains were heteropolar and 3panto colporate with more or less psilate surface. Mericarp surface had white glands on a wrinkled substrate which is the most important diagnostic feature in species recognition.
