In this paper, beside to introducing a new record of the genus Pyrola (P. minor) for the flora of Iran, its specific habitat in south of Babol (Mazandaran) is explained. The genus Pyrola holds included already two species in Iran, P. secunda and P. rotundifolia. Habitat of the study area is characterized by occurrence of some endangered and rare species (such as: Lilium ledebouri) within very humid and upper-mountain orient beach forests and species-rich rocks.
